Exclusively for our guests, a Sauna, Turkish bath, Jacuzzi and fitness area with modern Technogym equipment and cardiovascular machines: treadmills, exercise bikes, inclined exercisers, synchro machine, prone chest, low row, leg extensions, free weights.
Massages and body care treatments are available on request from 3 to 7 p.m. every day, excluding Sundays.

An anti-fatigue sports massage relaxes the muscles after exercise and improves recovery time.
Generally works wonders following physical activity, as it helps restore normal muscle elasticity, promoting a sense of relaxation.

Drainage / detox
A lymphatic drainage massage is a gentle massage that increases lymphatic flow, helps remove harmful substances from the tissues and enhances immune functions. It is also essential to drink lots of water after a massage, in order to wash away the toxins that have been released.
